The shop is owned by Darren Moline, with four more dedicated professional computer technicians being i5 computers backbone, I-5 Computers offers a 10% discount on any other computer repair shop’s written estimate. We also sell new and refurbished laptops, Nvidia Graphic’s Cards, and Computer Accessories. Recently we became an Amazon Drop Location and a Pre-Paid Comcast Service provider. The service here blows all other local computer repair businesses out of the water. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I feel like I gained an MVP member for my team instead of wondering if I became a consumer victim. I was considering installing all the parts myself so I knew the part prices already - he gave me a deal on those (hard drive and battery). His assistants are pleasant but gave me some off information. If I could suggest anything, it’s to train them. Doing so would also allow the high quality service to be shared with more clients at the same time (hard to keep that level of quality when you’re busy). Bottom line, I would recommend this place to friends and family in a heartbeat!!

I was told by a computer repair shop in Vancouver that my HP computer needed a new hard drive. Though I was ready to buy a new computer tower, Ii decided to get a second opinion. Based on the reviews, I took it to I-5 Computers Inc. Their business card says it all ``When you need the job done right the first time!``. And it is so true. Darren Moline checked the hard drive and said the hard drive is OK. He then corrected the problem charging me $48.78 for the diagnostics.The computer is up and running great. All done in the same day.

I'm fairly computer savvy and can put together computers myself so if I ever get in a pinch (like I did), I will always be going to I-5 Computers. I feel they went the extra mile in helping fix my computer. The team were great to deal with, very friendly/personable, threw in extra info about the type of computer I was building and things to look out for, seemed to have extended/flexible hours (I had forgotten a part and needed to drop it off), and the company's price structure is great. Do not consider going anywhere else.

I found I-5 and I can honestly say I can’t remember the last time any business ever took care of a problem for me so quickly. Turns out the screen was bad. Oh, I forgot to mention Darren drove out to me, picked up the computer, took it back to his shop, fixed it, and returned back to me here at Jubitz Truck Stop...in less than 2 hours! Also, now I have a glossy screen which looks much better than the previous screen. I don’t know what else to say except he was extremely fair with the price.
