Pay $60 upfront when diagnosing unknown issues, anything that takes over two hours the diagnosis fee will be waived the computer will be repaired for $65 per/hr only up to 4 hours if necessary totaling $260 for a repaired computer, anything that takes over four hours is on the house.
1 Hour – 2 Days
If we find out the problem within 15 minutes then the diagnosis is free, after 15 minutes there is a $60 Diagnosis Fee and it is $65 per/hour, after two hours the Diagnosis Fee is waived.
