Tell Darren what your computer is doing, then use WooCommerce to pay and receive a unique repair number, the Vancouver shop address, and clear instructions for taking the packaged computer to a carrier of your choice.

$85 DIAGNOSTIC FEE — REPAIRS ARE SEPARATE The $85 fee covers intake and diagnostic evaluation only; it does not include repair work. Repair labor is $95 per hour. Many completed repairs require about two hours of labor, but actual time varies by the problem. Parts and labor are quoted after diagnosis, and no repair begins until you approve the estimate.

Mail-In Repair Cancellation & Refund Policy

The $85 Mail-In Repair Service Fee is paid when your repair request is submitted.

A portion of this fee covers administrative processing, creation of your repair order, customer support, and preparation for receiving your equipment. This portion is non-refundable once your order has been processed.

If your computer is received by I5 Computers and diagnostic services begin, the entire $85 service fee becomes non-refundable, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the recommended repair.

Customers who do not ship or deliver their computer remain responsible for any applicable non-refundable processing charges. No diagnostic charge will be considered earned for diagnostic work that has not been performed, except as otherwise expressly agreed or permitted by law.

Before You Ship

No prepaid shipping label is provided.

After payment, package the computer and take it to a carrier or local shipping store of your choice, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. You purchase and pay for inbound shipping directly through the carrier. i-5 Computers does not pay inbound or return shipping costs.

If you approve the repair, return shipping is added to your final repair invoice after the work is completed. If you decline the repair, return shipping is invoiced separately before your computer is sent back.

Back up important files when possible.
Pack the computer with protective padding in a sturdy box.
Insure the shipment for the computer’s replacement value.
Do not send accessories unless they are needed to reproduce the issue.
Write your I5 repair number on or inside the package.
